Spooky Car Movies for Halloween
If you’re a car-lover, there’s no better way to celebrate Halloween than by having a spooky car movies marathon. Here are some to add to your must-watch list.
This car might feature a creepy (okay, downright terrifying) monster, but it also features a 1960 Chevrolet Impala and a totally rusted, entirely eerie Chevrolet COE. The monster itself sits behind the wheel of the COE and spends a good amount of the movie trying to run down the siblings who ride behind the wheel of the Impala.
Grindhouse’s Death Proof
Ah, more evil Chevys! Well really, this movie just boasts an evil Chevy owner, who uses his 1970 Chevy Nova to commit murder. When he decides to take a 1969 Dodge Charger out one night, the murder and victim roles get reversed.
Stephen King, the master of horror, is the brain behind this story. There’s no Chevy in this movie, but the villain is still a car: a demonic 1958 Plymouth Fury named Christine. Christine’s owner, who restores her, begins to feel the effects of her dark power and turns a little bit evil himself.
